Hello, I'm Steve

My work is rooted in a lifelong passion for health, food, and helping others thrive. After more than ten years as a Nutritionist, my work naturally evolved as clients began asking for support beyond nutrition. That experience led me to offer premium care management services that take a holistic, compassionate approach to helping seniors live comfortably and independently.

Kind Words from Clients

"I am writing to highly recommend Steven for any of your needs. My husband and I first met Steven when he became our nutritionist. From the very beginning, it was clear that Steven possessed not only a wealth of knowledge but also a passion for helping others.

When my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's, we struggled to find the right help. Steven, seeing our need, graciously stepped up and took on the role. His efficiency in managing my husband's needs, combined with his kindness, made a world of difference in our lives.

Steven's care and dedication went beyond the duties of a caregiver. He became part of our family, providing not just physical support but emotional comfort and companionship. His ability to adapt and address the changing needs of my husband was nothing short of remarkable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Steven for any of your needs. His compassion and support have had a profound impact on our lives. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Steven will quickly understand why he’s an invaluable asset."

"At our ages, (92 and 93), there are many tasks that we are no longer able to tackle on our own. For example, Steven drives us to doctors appointments. He is an excellent driver.

He sees tasks that need tending and does them quickly and well. Whether it’s tidying the kitchen or moving heavy furniture, Steven is there to do the job.

Steven is very soft-spoken. He presents his ideas in a quiet, well-modulated voice. He is a very good listener, understands requests, and tends to them quickly.

One day, our grandson-in-law, who had been preparing our dinners, left abruptly. Fortunately, Steven stepped in to take over meal preparation. He continues to this day. He has taken over the grocery shopping and provides us with a menu from which to choose. His cooking is carefully prepared, nutritious, and tasty.

My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Steven."
